  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! We only stayed until our lease was up and that was it we were out of there. We moved in and we were understood that the pet deposite was $500.00, so we moved in, then they did an inspection (the first of many pointless inspections.) And said we had to pay $500.00 for our elderly cat to stay there, but we had already paid $500.00 for our yorkie dog, then they tried to say that the pet deposite was $500.00 per pet, so we ended up paying $1000.00 for a yorkie and a elderly cat to stay in my apartment. They constantly leave notes on your door saying that they will be doing inspections and coming in your apartment literally every week on there own time not on yours so if you work night shift you got woke up every day so they can look in your apartment for no reason (this was me) so you never have peace and quite or privacy or sleep. The parking lot is horrible, my self my mother and her boy and my boyfriend all had our cars hit and scratched in the parking lot, I had to replace my tires on my car because of the parking lot being such a mess that my tire literally came off the rim. The drains never once drained properly the entire time we stayed there, we again did a work order and it got ignored yet things we didnt do a work order on they would burst into our apartment about. We constantly smelled weed smoke and horrible smells, we reported it and nothing was done about it. They cut the water and power off all the time to do "repairs" on other apartments so many times i was getting ready for work my shower would cut off and i would have to go to work with shampoo still in my hair. Upon moving out I did all I I could to deep clean to at least get my deposit back and have some sorta good this come out of this disaster, so I had a moving crew help us move, a cleaning crew help us clean and bought a $250.00 carpet shampooer to make sure every thing was in the best condition it could be. (BTW the carpets were horrible when we moved in so this unit was improved when we moved out.) Then we were finished and moved into our new house, they have now sent us a packet in the mail saying we owe them $300.00, they said we owe for them having to pay for (60 dollar cleaning fee, (i already paid a cleaning crew to come in and clean)80 for steam cleaning carpet,(I bought a 300 dollar carpet shampooer and cleaned the carpets) 20 for a scratch on the wall,(the lease states that small scratches and nail holes are not a damage to be funded for, and they also cover their scratches with big clumps of paint, and the wall outlets were not even screwed into the walls they literally were hanging by wires when we moved in) 70 for flea treatment (I paid 500 per pet for a cat and dog that never went out side and took them to the vet every month costing 150 dollars a month to get them flea pills and vitamins) , 20 dollars for rubber pool arm bands (that we were never given how can we turn in a arm band we were never given) they also falsely stated that we forfeited our deposit to them, no why would I forfeit my deposit when I spent so much time work and money on up keep of this apartment if I wasn't interested in my deposit. We had to put in all the light bulbs our selves when we moved in, Also their "fixer upper guys" have no idea what they are doing and one was really harassing to me and hung out in my apartment when he was "working" . Another came in and opened a window and left it open and my cat got out and almost died. I reported my cat missing and the office told me to call animal control, when they are the ones who let him out.
  
  I could really go on.. But basically my point is that this was a horrible experince, I am out of money because of how much I spent to up keep everything to their standards, and it still wasn't enough they are still trying to get money from us.
  
  We are not the only ones having issues, people moved constantly because of the same issues we were going through..
  
  We are currently in contact with a lawyer.. This will be taken care of, I do not put up with being taken advantage of what so ever.
